OUTREACH PROGRAMS

TFBBP outreach programs play a vital role in supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity. These programs help bridge the gap between food availability and those who need it most. Some common outreach programs offered by TFBBP include:

  • Mobile Pantries: Delivering food directly to underserved communities, often in partnership with local organizations.
  • Food Delivery Services: Providing groceries to seniors, people with disabilities, and others with limited mobility.
  • Soup Kitchens and Meal Programs: Offering hot meals, snacks, and food packages to those in need in collaboration with local foodbanks
  • Senior Programs: Tailored support for seniors, including home-delivered meals and groceries.
  • Holiday Meal Programs: Special distributions and meals during holidays like World Food Day and Christmas.
  • Referral Services: Connecting clients with other local resources, support services, and social programs.

Through these programs we are able to extend our reach, in addressing food insecurity and promoting food accessibility in our communities.
